donate 50 portable bedside toilets
The Royal Society for Senior Citizens is delighted to collaborate with the Bhutan Red Cross Society on the Healthy Ageing project. This initiative aims to donate 50 portable bedside toilets to senior citizens facing significant mobility challenges and economic hardships.
The pilot phase of the project will focus on Thimphu and Samtse Dzongkhags, with 25 units allocated to each Dzongkhag. While the assessment to identify beneficiaries in Thimphu has been successfully completed, a similar assessment will soon be carried out in Samtse.
