NYVs of SCC+ Club in Action
Our NYVs has already kicked off their weekly visit to the care receivers initially identified through a comprehensive persons with disabilities mapping and needs assessment.
The volunteers are not only dedicating their free time to the care recievers but also making a meaningful impact by enhancing hygiene practices which will improve their health and brighten their environment.
Additionally, the care recievers are also provided with free assistive devices like crutches, anti bedsore mattresses, and bedside toilets. These assistive devices will enhance their mobility and independence, making their daily tasks easier. (The assistive devices were purchased with the generous fund support from Normisjon ).
The NYVs are going out of their way to improve the overall quality of life for those they are providing care to.
Anyone with the goodwill to help them in monetary or in kind can contact them through the Service with Care and Compassion Initiative Plus - SCCI+ page.
