successfully conducted it’s 8th Annual General Meeting
On 26th May 2019 RSSC successfully conducted it’s 8th Annual General Meeting(AGM)at NRDCl conference hall over 50 members attended. The AGM was graced by Honorable lyonpo Sherub Gyeltshen followed by UN resident Coordinator Gerald Daly in the afternoon. During the meeting the Senior Citizens ID card was launched by the Honourable Minister.
The Board of Trustees report 2018 was presented by the President Lyonpo(deep) Dago Tshering to the members present. The Resident Coordinator shared information about the UN programs in Bhutan and various opportunities for Senior Citizens.
Aum Nim Dem and Dorji Norbu were elected as new Members of the Board of Trustees.
A proposal to start a welfare fund for members was shared which would be further put on the RSSC web for comments.
The meeting lasted for the whole day and ended with a vote of Thanks by The Vice President Lyonpo (deep) Kinzang Dorji. Lastly RSSC would like to thanked Bhutan Sharing & Loving Youth for your tremendous support in making meeting the successful one
